We Are Meant to Move.
Dr. Kyle Pratt's one on one practice, live at wearemeanttomove.com, earns its reputation in person: an hour of a doctor's full attention and a spotless 5.0 review profile. Online, almost none of that was visible. This is what changed.
The Before
The June audit found solid plumbing and two serious leaks. The site crawled fine, but the homepage title was literally just the business name: no physical therapy, no Denver, nothing anyone searches. Three different addresses were live at once across the site, two of them out of date. And the structured data that search engines and AI assistants read was a nearly empty shell: no phone, no hours, no location, no link to the reviews.
In plain terms: a real business with a real reputation that the machines deciding who gets found could barely see.
The After
The rebuild launched on the practice's own domain on August 14, 2026. The state of the world now:
- Fast, modern pages with professional photography
- Every page says what he does and where he does it
- One name, address, and phone, the same everywhere
- Structured data that search engines and AI assistants can quote
- A reviews page wired to the live profile
- The blog carried over instead of abandoned
- A contact form that reliably reaches him
- Monitoring behind it all, so nothing breaks silently
The Audit, Before and After
Every Atelic engagement starts the same way: grade the site stage by stage and find where the next customer leaks away. The June audit graded the old site; the launch baseline reran the same grades.
| Signal | June | August |
|---|---|---|
| Being found (titles, business info) | Leaking: the title sold nothing, three addresses live | Solid: keyword and location titles, one address everywhere |
| AI readability (structured data) | Leaking: a nearly empty shell | Solid: complete, linked to the live review profile |
| Index health | Okay: duplicate homepage entries | Solid: clean, every page canonical |
| Contact path | Booking only | Booking plus a working contact relay |
| Performance | Not measured | 99% desktop at launch |
The Honest Part
Rankings and traffic move on a scale of months, not days, and this site's measurement history starts at launch. That went in writing on day one: the first honest readout of movement arrives about six weeks in, and the practice's baseline was recorded the day the site went live so movement can be measured against it, not guessed at.
That is the standard for every engagement: a dated baseline before anything changes, and results read from data, never from vibes.
